Made-to-Order Products

All physical products in our shop are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. This approach:

  • Reduces waste by only producing what's ordered
  • Ensures fresh, quality printing for every item
  • Means we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection

Returns Policy

Important Notice

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply don't like the product. Please choose carefully before ordering.

What We DO Accept Returns For

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Damaged in transit: Item arrived torn, stained, or otherwise damaged
  • Printing defects: Print is faded, misaligned, cracked, or peeling
  • Wrong item: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Manufacturing defect: Stitching issues, holes, or other quality problems

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include photos clearly showing the issue
  3. Provide your order number for reference
  4. Email us at contact@stohub.org

We'll review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we'll either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

What We DON'T Accept Returns For

  • Wrong size ordered (please check size charts carefully)
  • Change of mind or didn't like the product
  • Color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person
  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing incorrectly, or normal wear
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

Size Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer size exchanges because each item is made-to-order. If you order the wrong size, you would need to place a new order for the correct size.

Tip: If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Digital Products

Digital products (PDFs, guides, downloadable content) are non-refundable due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods.

Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is provided, the sale is final. If you experience technical issues downloading your file, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.

Care Instructions

To ensure your printed apparel lasts and maintains its quality:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Do not dry clean

Following these instructions will help your items look great for years to come.
